Classes focus on effective communication in English. Teachers use modern texts, audio/CD, video/DVD, local media and internet to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. You will also be given regular homework and do excursions to local attractions and cultural events as part of your studies.
At the end of every 4 week General English block, you will be tested to check your progress.
Intermediate to Advanced level students also join our Electives program. Electives run for 4 weeks. Students choose their elective class in week 1 of each 4 week General English study block. Electives classes run every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon from (1.30 - 3pm). Students choose classes that focus on their needs or interests. These include Vocabulary & Speaking, Grammar, Australian studies, Cinema studies, Work & Hospitality, wellness plus many more.

Cambridge examinations provide successful students with an internationally recognised certificate of English Language proficiency. Our course prepares students for the FCE, CAE and CPE Cambridge Examinations held each year in March, June, August and December. Lessons cover a variety of topic-based language suited to ‘real life’ situations which students can use outside the classroom. The course focuses on exam techniques for reading, writing, listening, speaking and the use of English, including regular practice exams.

An IELTS Exam score is a reliable indicator of true-to-life ability to communicate in English for education, immigration and professional accreditation. It is an internationally recognised measure of English Language proficiency for university entry in English speaking countries (Academic module).
The General Training module is designed to test basic survival skills in a broad social and educational context. It is suitable for students who plan to undertake work experience or training programs in an English-speaking country, or for immigration requirements to Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Our 12 week full time IELTS Exam Preparation course prepares students to take the IELTS examination. The course focuses on the Academic module - the four components of the examination: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking plus vocabulary building. Speaking and listening components are the same for the Academic and the General training module.
Our IELTS courses are taught by experienced IELTS examiners or Cambridge teachers.
