INTRODUCTION

GENERAL

The Byron Bay English language School opened in 1998 with the aim of providing high quality English language tuition in a beautiful and natural environment and to compliment this educational experience with a range of activity options.

QUALITY

The Byron Bay English language School is fully accredited with NEAS Australia. NEAS is an industry based organisation that maintains quality assurance for English language schools in Australia. It stands for quality.

We are also a member of the Australian Council For Private Education and Training - ACPET.

LOCATION - SCHOOL BUILDING

The school is located in the central part of Byron Bay, 2 minutes walk from the bus stop. We are on the ground floor of a two storey building (picture) in Jonson Lane. Access is also available from Carlyle St. The Bunkhouse backpackers hostel is located on the second level of our building.
Outside the classrooms there is an sheltered outdoor garden area for students to relax, eat lunch and enjoy conversations with other students.

SMALL and FRIENDLY

Our school is small and friendly. We want students to feel comfortable and a part of a close encouraging community. Students and teachers often have social gatherings together. Beach barbecues and nights out at a local bar are a great way to make new friends from around the world and to put English skills to practice.
